This comment that I found on brooklynvegan.com is referring to an event that took place on August 9th, 2011, when I performed with A Place To Bury Strangers at Terminal 5 in New York City. Opening up for The Pains of Being Pure at Heart and The Kills. It was such an amazing experience, I got to sing in front of 1,500 or so people. I was terrified! I drank all the whiskey.
